● Before we deliver goods, our staff will check carefully to ensure the good is in good condition. If you receive the good with damage, please contact us immediately before the local express courier has left and return the goods to local express courier. We will send you a new one soon.

● If you want to exchange or return the goods, please contact us in 5 days included the day you received good and ensure the package is complete. The transport fee for return will be paid by customer.

Shipping & Handling

All the products ordered by I love Italy member are handled by local express courier.
The delivery time will be varied by area and payment terms. Following is the estimate time table:

Other cities: deliver 2 days after the payment

●For those member lives in Taipei city/county if the payment made before 11am, the good will be delivered before the noon time on the day after.
